Three bedrooms, a private hot tub, and 500 acres of woodland and moor on your doorstep, a peaceful base for exploring Northumberland National Park.
Little Fawn sits within the Otterburn Hall Estate, a protected stretch of woodland a mile from Otterburn village. Everything is on one level, easy for luggage, dogs and little legs alike: an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, three double bedrooms, and a deck that looks straight out over lawn and pine.
The hot tub is private to the lodge and seats five, the parking is yours alone for two cars, and well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge. It's a small, self-contained setup: no reception desk, no shared facilities to queue for, just a lodge that's yours for the stay.
Otterburn borders Northumberland National Park, roughly 30 miles from Newcastle and 16 from the Scottish border. Kielder Water, Otterburn Mill and Hadrian's Wall are all a manageable drive away: near enough for a day out, far enough that the lodge stays properly quiet.
